Peppercorn Studio is an inspiring space that will provide you with opportunities to produce unique artworks. I like a stress free atmosphere so workshops are kept informal and small. I run workshops focusing on a specific technique or creative outcome. Visit regularly  to keep up to date with up coming workshops. Sometimes workshops are run from  from other venues.

Clay Hand Building Workshop

Saturday 16th January 2021

10am - 12.30pm

$110 pp

Relax, unwind and meet others, whilst learning how to manipulate clay to create your own unique items. A variety of hand building techniques will be demonstrated, including, pinch pots, coil building and rolling out clay slabs to create spoons, small pots and plates. No previous experience necessary.

Introduction to Linocut: Gift tags, cards & wrapping paper

10.00am - 12.00noon

$60 p.p

In a 2 hour workshop you will learn the skills of linocut printmaking, and print your very own hand cut works onto a range of gift tags and cards. Once learnt this versatile and accessible technique can be applied to artist books, textile design, poster design and limited edition prints.

This class will cover carving your image from a lino block, cutting techniques, safety and correct inking of a block. 

You will take home a striking set of gift tags, cards, wrapping paper, your lino block, full instructions so you will have the ability to print at home using this technique!

What to bring

- Clothes you don't mind getting ink on

- Black and white photo or drawing to turn into a print
